Clean Up Expenses

1. Make Bill paying easierĀ 

To make your bill paying quick you can use Recurring Expenses.
Recurring expenses can be added as you pay bills by entering the Expense information in the Add expenses window and then you can use the Save option to save it as a recurring expense for future use.

2. To clean up Recurring expenses

Go to List recurring Expenses or Modify Recurring Expenses under the financial menu.

Delete any Recurring expenses that you no longer use. Change any data on an existing Recurring expense, such as an amount has changed or the account has changed etc.

3. Paying Bills

When it is time to pay bills click the Recurring button in the Add Expense Window and Choose Show Recurring Expense List. Select the bill you are paying, if necessary change the amount , or any add any notes and then click save.
