Payjunction Credit Card Processing

Using the Payjunction interface with SuccessWare for credit card processing

Make certain you are running the latest version of SuccessWare.

Make certain you have set up your account with Payjunction, and have your username and password available from Payjunction (they will provide you with this information, SuccessWare does not have that info available). These are needed to complete the credit card wizard in SuccessWare.

Go to the link below and download the latest version of SuccessWare if you are not already running it. Please make sure you are downloading a version you are entitled to.

Run the installer when it asks are you upgrading from a previous version click "yes".

When you first launch Successware a window will appear and ask if you are ready to change over to Payjunction- click "yes"

A window will appear under the security menu to ask for the Payjunction password and user name

Payjunction will authorize a 1 cent transaction for all clients with a credit card saved in the system- this will allow Payjunction to validate the credit cards. The transaction will be voided immediately however it may take until the end of the day to not appear on your clients account. No charges will be incurred on the clients credit card.

A new window will appear which will ask you if you want to print the declined credit cards report- click "yes".
This will give you a report of the declined cards and any additional information available.

The last step will ask if you are ready to complete the process click "yes" , SuccessWare will remove all saved credit card information from your database and store them securely on the Payjunction server.

Please restart SuccessWare.

Please let SuccessWare support know if you need further help with this matter.

This process may take a while. Please read all dialogue boxes as they will give you an approximate time frame for completion of the transition. It is very important not to interrupt this process once it begins as you may lose credit card information. Please inform staff to not touch the computer during this process so no accidental interruptions occur.
