Error 10115

Error code 10115 This error simply means that the computers are not communicating with one another. Make sure the server machine is turned on and is up and running. In addition, the SuccessWare Server software on that system should be up and running as well. If the Recent and Available tabs are blank, go to the Custom tab. On this tab, enter SuccessWare Server for the Database Name, and the IP address of the computer running the Server application into the Network address field. Click the box next to Force the update of local resources. Click OK.
Note: If this procedure does not result in a connection between the systems and SuccessWare client still is non operational, make certain you can transfer files between computers. If you can not, you may have a network issue. Start by turning everything off and restarting all systems including the routers used to network the machines. SK 12/16 | |
