10042 SMTP 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.

You may have received this message because the "From" E-mail address on the e-mail window may be incorrect. The "From" E-mail address must be sent from an email address that the server understands.

If the e-mail "From" address is correct, it is possible the SMTP authentication may not be set up properly. Check with your ISP to see what the requirements are for SMTP Authentication.

You will then need to set the E-mail preferences in SuccessWare to match what your ISP requires. In some cases, we have seen by retyping the password, that corrects the issue.
