If your resolution is set to the System Requirements, yet you still receive a resolution error check on your Text Settings.

 

Quit out of SuccessWare.

Go to your Desktop, right-click your mouse and go to Display Settings.

At the bottom of this window, select Advanced Settings.

Next, click Advanced sizing of text and other items.

If you do not have a blue text size scroll bar, click Set a custom scaling level.

 

Reduce the text size from 125% to 100%.

Apply the changes and restart SuccessWare.
