Automatic Emails- Not being sent

If your automatic emails are not sending or if your invoices will not send when you select Invoice from the Order windows, try the following:

Go to Preferences and select studio.  Check to make sure your studio email address is correct her and is the same as the email address that you set up in Preferences under Email.

They must match for the automatic emails to send correctly.

Next go to the Email preference and make sure you have the current password typed in the password field.
