Error When Attempting to Delete Sync Account

If you attempt to delete your Google account from the SuccessWare Sync window and receive an error, follow the steps below. 

You will need to log into the Google account thats not deleting, make a new SuccessWare calendar, then go back to the SuccessWare Sync window to delete the account.

 

1) Log into your Google Calendar via you computer web browser

2) On the left side, under My Calendars, click the drop down arrow and select Create New Calendar

3) Name the sub calendar SuccessWare

4) Once this calendar is created, go back into SuccessWare and try deleting your account
