Error: This database has not been compiled for 64-bit processors

If you rececently upgraded your version of SuccessWare and upon launch receive a message that states "This database has not been compiled for 64-bit processors" this may indicate a permissions issue with the computers User.

By creating a new User on the computer you can resolve this error.

 

To create a user account

  1. To open User Accounts, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
  2. Click Manage another account. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Click Create a new account.

  4. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.

  5. Shut down and relaunch your computer, then try launching SuccessWare again under the new User account.
