Email Error 10042

If you are receiving error 10042 when you attempt to send an email through SuccessWare check your From address.

The From address must be the same email address that you have in the Email Preference settings.

If it is not, click the From drop down menu and select New Sender Address. You can and should make this New Sender Address the default.
