Appointment Bug Fix for 6.3

There is a bug in 6.3 that causes appointments to print improperly.  This will be fixed in 6.3.1, but we can fix it in 6.3 by doing the following:

1) Download <http://www.successware.net/downloads/misc/Appointment.hmReports.zip>.

2) Unzip the file.  The resulting file is named Appointment.hmReports.

3) If you are running:

SINGLE-USER / MAC:
--------------------------

  a) In your SuccessWare folder, right click SuccessWare.app and choose Show Package Contents.

  b) Open Contents > Database > Resources > Report Formats.

  c) Copy the downloaded Appointment.hmReports file into the Report Formats folder.  Say "yes" when asked if the current file should be replaced.

MULTI-USER / MAC:
--------------------------

  a) In your SuccessWare folder, right click SuccessWare Server.app and choose Show Package Contents.

  b) Open Contents > Server Database > Resources > Report Formats.

  c) Copy the downloaded Appointment.hmReports file into the Report Formats folder.  Say "yes" when asked if the current file should be replaced.

  a) In your SuccessW folder, open Database > Resources > Report Formats.

  b) Copy the downloaded Appointment.hmReports file into the Report Formats folder.  Say "yes" when asked if the current file should be replaced.

MULTI-USER / WINDOWS:
--------------------------

  a) In your SuccessW folder, open Server Database > Resources > Report Formats.

  b) Copy the downloaded Appointment.hmReports file into the Report Formats folder.  Say "yes" when asked if the current file should be replaced.
