Dates Changing Automatically

If you are adding or modifying a date field within SuccessWare and it begins to change automatically you will need to update your Date & Time Preference within the computers System Preferences.

We have found that this can happen on the MAC OS when your Region is set to Canada.

Click on the Apple in the top left corner of your screen, select System Preferences.

Within the System Preference window select Date & Time. On the Date & Time window click the "Open Language and Text" button then go to the Formats tab.

Use the drop down menu under Region to select United States.

Quit out of SuccessWare and relaunch, your dates should now be stable.
