Sync Error: "The requested resource is no longer available at the server...."

This support article is meant for users who are receiving the following error when syncing a Google account with SuccessWare: Could not get the appointments for a Google calendar. The requested resource is no longer available at the server and no forwarding address is known. If you receive this error message when syncing, the likely cause is that a successful sync has not occurred for several days. The most likely cause can be avoided by doing the following: 1) In SuccessWare, delete any Google account that is having this issue. If an account cannot be deleted for some reason, please notify us. 2) In SuccessWare, re-create the deleted Google account(s). As long as you make sure you provide syncing input when asked, you should no longer experience this issue. | |
