The cause is most likely within your firewall settings. The firewall on your computer may be blocking SuccessWare from sending the credit card information to PayJunction.
If you are using a router and have the firewall settings turned on in the router, Turn Off the Firewall settings on your computer.
Also make sure the necessary Port is Open for Credit Card Processing, directions are below if you need them.
In Windows Go to the control panel
Choose network connections
Look for Change windows firewall
Go to the Exceptions tab
In the middle of the window there is an Add Port button select it
Select and name the Port SuccessWare
Choose port number 645 (email) & 443 (this is for secure cc processing) 19813(Inter communications w/ SW)
Select TCP radio button
For these settings to take effect, you need to do a Full Shut Down the computer then restart.
