Random System Issues - Deleting the SuccessWare.4DC[IP Address] - PC

If you are experiencing random issues with SuccessWare crashing on your system try the following

1) Quit out of SuccessWare on all machines

2) On each client computer, delete all folders named SuccessWare.4DC_XX_XX_XX_XX from the Application Data\4D folder.

Example: Macintosh HD:Users:jeff:Application Data\4D\SuccessWare.4DC_192_168_168_7

If you can not find the 4D folder, you can do a search for it. We are removing the files with an IP address attached and having the software recreate them.

3) On the Server and each CLIENT computer, delete the 4D Preferences 2004.rsr file from the \Application Data\4D ---(The application Data is a hidden folder, so you will ned to show hidden folders to see it) Unfortunately it is different on all Windows Operating systems)
