Quit out of SuccessWare on all computers including the server.
Navigate to your SuccessWare server folder.
Hold down the control key and click on the SuccessWare Server Application file (it is the only file in your Main SuccessWare folder that has the same red round icon that is in your Doc), choose show package contents.
In the window that appears, click on Contents > Database or Server Database.
Within the Database or Server Database folder you will find the Preferences folder.

If you are having problems with the auto backup feature delete the folder named Backup within the Preferences folder.
