Obtaning E-Mail Preference Information

If you are having problems sending E-Mails through SuccessWare you may need to contact your Email Host or Internet Service Provider to confirm your settings.

When you call ask the following:

1) What is the SMTP Outgoing Mail Server Address

2) What is the SMTP Outgoing Port number

3) Does the SMTP Server require Authentication

4) If the SMTP Server does require Authentication, what Authentication Mode do they suggest

Once you contact them enter the information you get into the E-Mail Preference window, make sure that the Account ID and Password are correct. After entering this information try to send a test E-Mail.

If continue to get any error messages please take a screen grab of the error and reply back to this message with the image attached.
Also include a screen grab of your E-Mail Preference window along with the name of your Internet Service Provender so that we can test your information on our system.
