Cleaning up Lists

To remove unwanted items in your SuccessWare lists

Select the Update List item under the File menu. Select the list item on the left and make any changes to the contents of the list by adding or removing items from that list on the right.

If you select an item and the Delete button is grayed out, then that list item is used by SuccessWare for reporting purposes.
