HTML E-mail Receipts have strange characters and or letters that should not be there?

If you have sent an E-mail invoice and it looks crazy, the reason is there may be a hidden character that was copied into the text of the description, name of the product, or possibly the pose number.

Most likely it was copied from your price list from your web site or some other location. If you are seeing this occur, you must find the product that is causing the issue. The only way to do that is to delete the products and start adding them to the invoice one at a time, all the while sending yourself an e-mail invoice. Once you have found the offending product, re-type the description or part that is having the issue.

You will need to also update the product itself in pricing.
